1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between riding168 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the riding168 website and associated digital properties, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and related promotional programmes.

riding168 operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is intended for use by adults aged 21 years and above only. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to Malaysian law.

By creating an account or placing any wager on riding168, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet converted through wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager amount a User must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 12x, 15x).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing or upon the Platform's reasonable request.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of Account balances and transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law and in which the Platform does not hold a licence to operate.

3. Account Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of riding168 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by us or by a third-party responsible gambling organisation, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Eligibility is assessed at the time of registration and on a continuing basis. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

4. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited without appeal.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. riding168 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

You must notify riding168 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received, you remain responsible for all activity on the Account.

riding168 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or when requested as part of a routine security or compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. A recent selfie holding your identification document may also be requested.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe as requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

5. Deposits & Payments

All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). riding168 supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), as well as cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for most payment methods; cryptocurrency equivalents as specified on the deposit page.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• riding168 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Any such third-party fees are your responsibility.
• High-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification in line with our KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• riding168 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source under the Account holder's control.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or via an alternative method at the Platform's discretion. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds remaining in your Account.

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow): typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified Accounts.
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX): typically processed within one (1) business day.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion and confirmation thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• You may only withdraw to accounts, wallets, or bank accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. • Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x–15x the bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Cryptocurrency deposit bonus (2%, up to MYR 688) carries a 12x wagering requirement.
• Migration bonuses (up to MYR 588) carry a 15x wagering requirement.
• VIP cashback bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met.
• riding168 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting, use of mathematical arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

The riding168 VIP programme comprises four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier status is calculated based on verified wagering volume in the preceding calendar month. Benefits include cashback rates, withdrawal processing speed, personal account manager access (Platinum and Diamond only), and birthday bonuses. 8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on riding168 are subject to the game-specific rules published on the Platform, which form part of these Terms. By placing a wager, you accept those rules in their entirety. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. No wager may be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the Platform's systems.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live event, riding168 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Winnings are calculated based on the rules applicable at the time the wager was placed and confirmed.
• riding168 reserves the right to void or withhold payment of any wager that it reasonably suspects was placed as part of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploit of a technical error.
• For sports betting, final results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. Protests, replays, or subsequent amendments to official results after settlement will not alter the outcome of settled bets except where specifically stated in the game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on riding168 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location obfuscation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to facilitate the transfer of proceeds of criminal activity, or structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or payment processing glitches for financial gain.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated multi-account bonus farming or systematic wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine game engagement.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes through your payment provider in bad faith while retaining Platform credits or winnings.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the riding168 Platform — including but not limited to the riding168 name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of riding168 and/or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use the riding168 name or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by us; or scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, riding168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

riding168's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes prior to completion, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

13. Account Termination

riding168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.
• Closure is required to comply with applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where closure is initiated by the Platform without cause, any verified Balance will be returned to the Account holder via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be settled before closure is finalised.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which riding168 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in the User's country of residence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

riding168 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a notice posted prominently on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
